There could be some small wind slabs in gullies, couloirs, and small bowls. The avalanche problem will be very local due to the small amount of snow.

You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Med siste snøfall kom det opp mot 20-30 cm nysnø med vind fra nord og nordvest av varierende styrke. I leområder vil det stedvis ligge mer snø. Flakene er trolig stort sett myke. Pga. bygevær varierer nedbørsmengden innad i regionen.

Det har kommet mest snø i Nordfjord, mindre lengre sør.

Nysnøen har stort sett lagt seg på barmark, eller på et tynt lag av kantkorn og/eller rim. Dette laget er trolig bare et "problem" der det lå gammel hard snø før siste snøvær.

Det kan fortsatt være mulig å løse ut mindre flak av vindtransportert snø i høyfjellet. Disse kan ha lagt seg over rim eller kantkorn i gammel snøoverflate og vil være lett å løse ut.

Husk at selv små skred kan få konsekvenser pga. dårlig såle og oppstikkende steiner.
